4. Subscription and Billing
Premium membership costs $50.00 USD per month (30 days). Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

You agree not to: harass, impersonate, upload illegal content, use the service for commercial purposes, or violate any laws.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it for operating the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches or relationships.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
